I told him that he should print out the one about the guy who manned a help desk from that tiny cubicle for two years and hang it in his office, and then tell his employees to be glad they don't work there if they complain about anything! </p> <p>I don't get it. How do companies that treat their employees in such a way keep them at all? This one <a href="http://www.wired.com/culture/lifestyle/multimedia/2007/11/gallery_saddest_cubicle?slide=3&#38;slideView=1">takes the cake</a>. Can you say zero room to work?</p> <p>I don't think I'll understand why employers don't understand the value of having a nice work space. </p> <p>So tell me your cubicles are better. Please. I pray. </p>
