Has anyone checked Digg.com today? The site is undergoing a complete revolt over a Digg story deletion with the HD-DVD key in it.

hahaha that's funny!
When will people learn you can't keep something quiet on the internet?
Especially in a user-rating community.
DRM is out there to be cracked. And it has been. Game. Set. Match.
I'm not trying to spark a DRM debate, but I'm just saying you've got one company trying to develop it, and a thousand coders trying to crack it. It's going to get broken sooner or later.

Haha, wow I was only able to see the top 10 popular stories and the 4 stories in the left column. ALL OF THEM had to do wit the HD-DVD code.

Haha, that video is hilarious. And the Digg flip as well — the stories that aren't related to the crack even have the number posted all over in the comments.
Ach, I find DRM issues really tiresome. Somehow regardless of how much I think about reasons for it or against it, there's no end to it. There's never a "side" I can stick with for long — I keep finding myself thinking either "That's so evil, imposing these money making restrictions on people" or "That's so evil, ripping hard-working people off by copying".
