Just curious as to what hosting other people are using and how they like it? I personally use media temple and have been extremely happy with them for some time now. Thoughts opinions?

Another vote for Media Temple here. They've been extremely responsive to any problems I've had and just offer great services.

+1 for Media Temple. I know I've bitched about them in the past, but I have no plans to move to another host.

Dreamhost and I have had a lovely relationship since late 1998.

I've been with Dreamhost since February after being hosted by a friend for a few years. Smooth sailing here.

I'm being hosted by ASO right now. Stay clear away from TCH (Total Choice Hosting), they provide good service, but their website is a nightmare and they tried to screw me out of $60 for my own domain name.

westhost.com over 12 sites there, no problems, great support only thing I don't like is that there is no access to yum or apt-get from command line, though you can manually install almost anything.
mediatemple.com responsive, no serious problems.

I've used 1&1.com for years with no problems at all. Friendly 24/7 telephone support and all.

-1 for MT for me. Never was able to get off my feet with them.
Went and bought a VPS at SWVPS, LVPS-2, for the same price. Dedicated RAM + full root access + your choice of OS. Purrrfect.

I've used Verve Hosting since 2001. No complaints. Site stays up except on the odd (joyous) occasion when Digg brings it down!

I've got a VPS with Liquid Web and they have been fabulous with their self-proclaimed "heroic support."
While I do have some sites with Dreamhost, my accounts seem plagued with downtime and network slowness.
I have a handful of client sites with ICDsoft. They are affordable and have been reliable for years.

I have a MediaTemple GridServer account right now. Their technology is pretty sweet, but I can't say that I'm too impressed with its speed. Their customer service and management dashboard has been pretty good in my experience though and I plan on staying there.

Despite all the complaints I've heard, the floods and the security breach I'm currently with Fasthosts(!) To be fair, I've never had any problems with their service... 100% uptime, good customer service and nice prices.
I was looking into Media Temple's Grid Servers but it appears posure's been having some speed issues. Might hold out for another drop in dedicated server prices...

I'm with Heart Internet on a £10/mo plan. I've never had any problems, 100% uptime, great customer service and loads of extras.

Serverbeach for me I have two servers with them, and have had at least one for nearly 5 years now.

I've been with Media Temple for a long time. They're really great. Support response is the best. Admin controls are far better than other providers. My only complaint would be speed too. I think their $50/month Dedicated Virtual server is a good deal, but I'm curious about the difference it'll make. Anyone know?? I'm hesitant to go through the migration without knowing how green the grass is on the other side.
